The current issues of American Baby and BabyTalk both have $2/1 coupons for Balmex in them (these are free publications you can sign up for, but if you don't get them free you can find them in Babies R Us). The 2 oz tubes are on sale buy one, get one 50% off, so use two coupons:
Buy 2 2 oz tubes of Balmex (one at $3.29, one at $1.65)
Use 2 $2/1 coupons
Final Price = $.94 for 2 tubes
