Free care package from Edy's

This makes me want to have my tonsils out! (just kidding). Really though, if you know someone who is, this would be a great freebie!

Edy’s Ice Cream is offering a free care package to people under the age of 18 who are scheduled to have a Tonsillectomy (or who have had one in the past month). Care package includes: a gift certificate for a free 6 or 12 ct. box of Edy’s fruit bars, crayon set, coloring and activity book, keychain, and rubber bracelet. Form can be printed here.
