I am finally posting my menu again! Whew! After being sick almost all week last week I am anxious to get back onto a routine again. It feels so good to be normal again. If you are new to my site, menu planning is a good way to be frugal and keep on top of your grocery budget. Planning helps eliminate spontaneous spending on items you normally wouldn't buy. Plus, it just saves my sanity, really. With 4 kids and always somewhere to go, after school and dinnertime is stressful enough. If I have a plan I am a happier person.
