Cooking Tip

Have you ever cooked breads or pies in the oven and had the edges burn only when the rest isn't cooked yet?

Enter one of my favorite kitchen items.....tin foil!

Just put some tin foil on the top so it doesn't burn the edges. I will take it off the last 10 minutes or so of cooking to brown up the rest a bit.
