so what do I do when the OYNSO doesn't come out of the catalina at Albertsons? The Kraft Mac and Cheese and the Jello didn't come out. Does store participation vary?

Did you buy the right Jello? It has to be the refrigerated kind. Here are the details. If a catalina doesn't print and I know I bought the correct items, I don't leave the store. I ask about it so they can correct it. Since you have left, I would call the store and ask, and next time you go in they can help you.
